[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is terrible do not buy it! It's on the wall directly opposite my wifi in the house, it's freshly charged and WON'T SHOW ME A VIEW OR ANY PLAYBACK! I've had this problem multiple times with this same camera.
I wanted a new camera system to replace Blink (which I think is crap) but at least it shows me what is outside! But this camera wont!
I'll probably just smash it on a rock it's so frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera has a great picture, when I can actually get to see the image. The trouble is that it fails to load in the app 95% of the time even when the camera is mounted on the wall right behind the wifi in our home. Very Frustrating.

The system to see footage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The system to see footage from the cameras is ridiculously slow and it makes the videos in a format you can't just take the SD card out and view them on your computer. Very frustrated with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are terribly slow. Loose connection constantly. You cant use the lorex classic app you have to use the new app so if you have the doorbell camera you need 2 separate apps. Overall very disappointing cameras.

Connect system is not an improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Long time Lorex customer, since around 2007. The new Connect system it not an improvement from the Classic, I’d say it’s a big step backwards. Most Connect cameras only do People or Vehicle detection, in an age where anll the competition is doing AI video detections and some now adding audio event alerting. I would not recommend any of the new Connect devices at this time. I bought this as a test.

Good camera for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have had zero issues. The only thing I don't like about this camera is that it makes a loud noise when it detects motion. Picture quality is good and motion sensor works well. For the price, well worth it.
