There should be an option for you to give it a negative rating. I had this case used it for probably 3 weeks at the most and the bottom chipped (broke completely out), just like all of these others that they've showed. It should be (replaced) taking care of by the company. They are samsung products and you pay a good price for them.They should last longer than 3 weeks.

The area around the pen completely fell apart after just 3 weeks. Tried to return but you only have 5 days to do so.

Like everyone is saying, the piece by the s-pen has come off, and I never dropped the case. I'm also disappointed that the inside is made of plastic; usually, they have a velvet-like soft texture inside, but nothing this time.

My case broke just like every other one pictured and Samsung wants me to send the case back to them and then send me a replacement. This is a garbage design and Samsung needs to take responsibility.

Cracked after one month

Total waste of money. This is an overpriced Samsung‑branded case that couldn’t even last a month. The case cracked under normal use with no major drops, specifically around the S‑Pen opening. That’s completely unacceptable for a so‑called “premium” case. It looks nice out of the box, but that doesn’t matter when it falls apart after one month! If you’re expecting Samsung quality, don’t. Save your money and buy something else.

I accidentally dropped my phone on a hard floor, the kind of fall that makes everyone nearby stop and look. A few coworkers saw it happen, and we all expected at least a crack or scratch.
But when I picked it up, there was nothing—no damage at all. The case absorbed the impact perfectly, and the phone looked untouched. My coworkers were genuinely impressed, and honestly, so was I. That moment gave me a lot of confidence in how durable this phone really is.
Beyond that, it’s been great across the board. The display is bright, smooth, and perfect for watching videos or just everyday use. Performance is fast and reliable, with no lag even when multitasking. The camera takes sharp, detailed photos, and the zoom is especially impressive.
Galaxy AI has also been surprisingly useful. It helps enhance photos and makes small daily tasks easier without feeling overcomplicated. Battery life easily lasts me through the day, and the overall build still feels premium and solid.

My case has also broken at the corner where the S-pen plugs in. Guess they made the plastic too thin. I have never dropped my phone and I have been very careful with it so far. I have barely used the S-pen either.
