This case is not as advertised. It is not rugged and is very slippery. Also expected a black case but was transparent with black edges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slippery and no grip

Returning the case. Case is super slippery and has no grip. Case looks great and protects the phone well. But high risk for dropping the phone due to slipperiness.
