Overpriced, overrated and desperately inefficient and ineffective after FIRST USE. This vacuum is GARBAGE! Poor battery life, guiding light doesn’t work with EXTREMELY poor suction!! I’d be BETTER OFF sweeping!!!!!

This is a good machine for pet and human hair however the wheels are squeaky which is quite annoying. It also isn’t as good for cleaning most of the car because the portion you remove to go hand-held is too long and wide. If it came with a flex-hose attachment that would make this much better for all areas the pets go.

Worthless! Overpriced and under performing. Good for a small room and that's it. Gets clogged easily and the battery may last 5 minutes. Not worth it!

junk. we have used it for one month and already had to get a new brush, as it stopped turning. A few weeks later the whole head stopped working, when you turn it to the left. I wanted to return it in exchange for a different cordless one and they said no.

This is an exceptional cleaning tool. Handles light carpet and hardwood floors with ease! Emptying the reservoir is very easy. Very powerful for is weight, fits under our furniture, charges easily. The attachments and all the configurable combinations are very simple to do and make cleaning everywhere a breeze! Great for baseboards and hard to reach areas! All in all a great tool to help you keep your entire house clean!!

It’s okay but the handheld part is bulky & heavy

I was looking for a replacement for my LG cord zero which I really loved and when I first started using the Bissell I was really happy with the vacuum power, the battery life, and I love the light at the base to see all the dirt and hair I need to get. My only complaint is that I often use the hand held part of the vacuum disconnecting the stem to get into smaller crevices or just different places that are high up etc. That are not the floor and the hand held portion is just so large and heavy. It’s great for a floor vacuum but not great for the hand held one handed function
