This is an awesome vacuum cleaner. Our daughter with 3 dogs and a bad back suggested and I couldn’t be more happy with the purchase. It is so easy to use and very powerful.
I especially love that they support animal welfare. Even the box that the vacuum came in is designed to be a cat cubby.

I was very disappointed with this product due to brush stopping while trying to vacuum carpets. The description of this vacuum does not mention this flaw. However in the instructions they te;; you to use low suction top prevent the brush fron stopping. It still stops even on low suction.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Bissell has 3 levels of power. I use mostly the first level as no carpets in our home. However we do have a dog and the FurGuard is fantastic for cleaning her beds. Only thing I wish is that the waste area was bigger, but it is easy take off, dump and replace.

I love this vacuum cleaner! It is lightweight and very maneuverable. I am in a wheelchair, so I need a cordless vacuum. The battery doesn't last as long as I would like, but I can get most of my house cleaned with one charge. The vacuum does a great job cleaning up the sunflower seed shells my dogs track in, and I like that it has a bright light. The vacuum is also easy to take apart and clean. I am very happy with my purchase, and really like that it benefits needy dogs and cats!

I have multiple pets and I feel that all I do is clean pet hair. This vacuum gets the fur off anything. I have hard wood floors, area rugs and some carpet, handles all like a champ. I love the how versatile it is and I can switch to a hand vacuum for my stairs!!!

I have been using this vacuum everyday for about a month now and I love it. It picks up all of the litter from my three cats. It is sturdy and very well made and I appreciate the fact that it can stand on its own, so I don't worry about it falling over. My previous stick vac couldn't do that and it fell a few times. Also, the suction is really good, I settled with the medium speed for my floors. The headlights are bright. I actually prefer to vacuum with the lights off so that I can see what the vacuum is picking up. I am very happy with my purchase.
