Great vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PowerClean FurGuard 280 W is a great vacuum overall. My favorite things about it are the headlight and the standing feature! It made it so easy to spot messes, dog hair, and dust!! As well as making putting it to the side easy when having to move things out of the way (chores kids on this design!) I have hardwood floors so I love this feature!
It charges pretty quickly, and I was able to vacuum my entire first floor on a half charge (approximately 45 minute charge). The suction worked really well on the vacuum, but there were a couple times when I had to do more than two passes to clean up the crumbs/mess on the floor. It’s a bit louder than I’m used to with my other vacuum, so if you have pets or small babies like I do, you may want to take that into consideration.
Also, good to note, if you’re someone who has any chronic pain such as your wrist, shoulder, spine injury, etc. as I do, this may not be the best vacuum for you as it is a little heavy. I would go with a lighter version/less heavier Bissell. I was in some pain after an approximate 30 minute vacuuming session including vacuuming the stairs. Overall, I would definitely purchase this vacuum if it were lighter, and I’ve already recommended it to my sister!

Excellent upright replacement

Easy to maneuver, a great array of accessories to get any job done, and super convenient to recharge. It made it super easy to clean my couch and the messes my kids make.

Great stick vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely excited to get the Bissell PowerClean FurGuard 280 W. I have equal parts of carpet and hard wood floors in my house along with children and pets, so it is difficult to find a vacuum that works for both. I was surprised at how well the vacuum picked up not only daily messes but pet hair. I did not have to worry about the hair getting tangled or trapped on the rollers as it is designed for pet hair. The suction was impressive, and the headlights help find the dirt and hair on dark hardwood floors. The self standing design helps to easily stop and start in each location. I love the wall hanger design as I can hang the vacuum up where it will be out of the way and not take up additional floor space. The vacuum is cordless so as it hangs out of the way it charges to always be ready for use. My favorite feature of the vacuum is the additional tools that come with it. They allow you to clean the floor and quickly change the tool to clean the couch or clean the window blinds. I would highly recommend this product to other pet owners as it works miracles on picking up pet hair quickly and efficiently. Overall this product has the design, the suction power, and the tools needed to clean every day messes or those pesky seasonal deep cleans.

Great Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum! It’s super lightweight and glides effortlessly across hard floors, rugs, and carpet. I have two dogs, and it did an amazing job picking up all their hair. The built-in light on the front was a huge plus - it made cleaning dark corners and under furniture so much easier. Switching to the other attachments was quick and simple, which made tackling my stairs and couch a breeze. Honestly, I didn’t realize a cordless stick vacuum could have this much suction power. The only thing I wish is that the battery lasted a little longer, but overall it’s been fantastic and has made cleaning so much easier.

Easy and effective at removing pet hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried multiple cordless vacuums, and this is our favorite. As a family of five with two pets in the home, we found this vacuum perfect for everyday messes, quick cleanup, and easy to use when furniture needed a deeper clean. It effectively vacuumed the pet hair from the floor, our rugs, and upholstered chairs. It seamlessly moves from 3 different suction levels with the push of a button. So easy! I love that you don’t have to hold down the power button to use it, as we had to with a different cordless vacuum. My husband even remarked on how easy it is to navigate turns and corners in the house. The headlights actually make vacuuming fun as they really help you see what mess is on the floor! I was shocked to see how dirty our floor actually is and how effective the vacuum is at cleaning. For the price and the quality, I would definitely recommend this vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression of this vacuum was a good one. I couldn’t believe how light weight it was. The assembly was very easy and straightforward.
We have a dog who sheds daily. This vacuum was great at picking up the daily hair. The different power levels were nice because I didn’t always need the strongest level. The headlights were a game changer. I found places that were dirty I hadn’t touched in a long time. This was a great vacuum for daily use to maintain the house and fur. Being able to do that means I can go longer between the deep cleans the house needs. I’d recommend this to anyone trying to stay on top of the fur and mess!

Vacuuming is my new hobby

The suction is great, especially for what I need it for, which is every day maintenance and keeping my floors free of dog hair. It easily picked up the dog hair and other surface dust and dirt, fitting easily underneath furniture and in smaller spaces. My favorite feature might be the light! It makes vacuuming more effective and even FUN! I love the ability to change out the accessories and use the vacuum in different ways, and so far the battery life has been great! I love this little machine!

Excellent suction picking up cat hair with ease. This is my second vacuum (my first was model 2288 purchased five years ago) and this model is far superior. I like the detachable roller and how easy the dust canister detaches for easy cleaning.
