Was skeptical of the dryer but love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, I have never used a heat pump dryer and knew nothing of them (not even that they existed. I had read that they use half of the energy of a conventional electric dyer but that they also don't dry as well.
I went ahead and purchased it to try it out and love it. We typically use delicate and lower heat on our dryers so we do not really notice. I am loving the lower temps, the notifications that my clothes are dry and how simple it is to use.
I love the wide selection of preprogrammed cycles for all clothing types and how quiet it is. I have heard that people say they warm up an area because they don't vent outside, but I have looked for that and haven't noticed it happening at all.
While there will always be some negatives, they are not a big deal.
Instruction booklet. Pretty much nonexistent. I watched videos and had no clue I needed to empty the water. The QR code for videos on usage just brought me to a Samsung phone page and nothing else. I had to figure it out and had extra pieces. Until it told me to empty the water container, I had no clue what that tube was for nor what to do with it. Setup was simple (it's a drain).
Final one, I want to take care of it appropriately and thus clean the lint out every time it tells me, it's not the most convenient tray to empty since it is a couple of parts.
Again, none of the gripes are a big deal at all and this dryer is amazing! I was skeptical of the size but I love how it fits in my closet. I have room to add a shelf above it now. The others were crazy heavy and took up the entire space.

Love this dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t grow up using dryers in Europe, but after living in the U.S. I’ve used quite a few—and I was never a big fan. Most of them felt too harsh, like they were just blasting clothes with heat and wearing them out over time.
This heat pump dryer is completely different. It’s much gentler on fabrics while still getting everything fully dry, which has been a big improvement. It pairs really well with the washer, and the overall results just feel more thoughtful and controlled.
The capacity is smaller, but I’d gladly do an extra load if it means my clothes come out better and last longer. It’s easily the best dryer we’ve owned.

Efficient Compact Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really impressed with this compact dryer. Despite its smaller size, it holds more clothes than I expected, which makes it effective enough for weekly load. The drying performance is also excellent—everything comes out fully dry, so there’s no need for extra cycles or air drying. It’s efficient, reliable, and perfect for saving space without sacrificing functionality.

As fast as gas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we recently moved into home that did not have exhaust for gas dryer, which we have. Luckly, there was a campaign at the right time. I was a bit hesitant since I never owned an electric dryer. some said that it might take longer to dry clothes and uses tons of electricity. I did some research and found that the heat pump dryer was very efficient, and it did not need to be vented out.
After using it, I was honestly surprised. It has several settings, including a 1-hour cycle like my old dryer. I gave that a try and it was enough to dry my clothes completely. Not sure if the heat pump tech is “better,” but I have no regrets—it dries just as fast as my old gas dryer
The dryer itself has very clean and modern look. This has SmarThings, which is great and notifies me when it’s done. The unit is more compact than expected, but hold seems to hold a good number of items. since its compact, I find it a bit low to reach items. i might stack them for easier access. overall, a good unit that fits my needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer and dryer are the sleekest and prettiest units I’ve ever seen. I love how compact these are and perfect for our upstairs so we don’t have to haul clothes down stairs. I love the WiFi feature to let me know when the clothes are complete, since it’s easily forgotten when you do laundry. I would highly recommend these and especially if you need something compact - it’s perfect!

Great dryer for tiny homes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer does great! It takes little longer than a regular dryer but that’s because it doesn’t vent to the outside. Make sure you read your manual and you put your clothing/items on the correct setting and it will work like a charm
