[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made this purchase as i have used Bisselll products for many years and i like them . rhis is smaller yet it does a very good jobe quickly. Easy to use as well as ro empty the cannister.

It has stopped picking up. Just decided to stop. I see no cyclone movement in the canister. It's about 6 years old. It powers on but no suction.

Amazing Results After Just One Use!

I absolutely love this vacuum! It’s powerful, efficient, and surprisingly lightweight, which makes it so easy to maneuver around my home. I was genuinely amazed by how much cleaner and fresher my carpets looked and felt after just one use. It’s made a noticeable difference, and I actually look forward to vacuuming now. On top of that, it’s an outstanding value for the price — truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Cheap but Decent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm going to be blunt - this vacuum looks and feels cheap. There is a HOLE in the top of the handle - unless I was missing a piece in the box, which would also be disappointing, but from the instructions page, it looks like the hole is intentional - and it feels lightweight and flimsy. I have a cat, and have had multiple cats in my household, so a good vacuum is a necessity. I would recommend this only for low traffic areas, and I certainly would not replace my Shark with it. Luckily, this was received for free through BzzAgent; if I had actually paid more than, like, $30 for this, I would have been angry and returned it. As a plus, it IS lightweight, and thus pretty maneuverable. I will still get use out of it, but I will continue depending on my Shark.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
