Waste of money… has very little suction power so you just end up with a soaked and stained carpet. Cleans up some of the surface material but doesn’t get into the deeper parts of the carpet to fully remove the stain. I worked on a 1 ft by 1 ft spot for over an hour and only got up a quarter inch of the water and solution used. Essentially just spread the stain around. Had to rent a rug doctor to actually clean the stain. Would return if I still could. Very dissapointed

A quick rinse of the nozzle and making sure the dirty tank is fully seated can sometimes help restore suction. If it still isn’t working as it should, our team can help at support.bissell.com.

I just bought this a couple years ago and it worked great but I had to run from abuse and lost it sadly I CANT afford it again great price for it though
