It significantly improved my cleaning routine by combining vacuuming and mopping in one go. The ability to switch between wet and dry cleaning effortlessly made it a versatile and essential tool for maintaining a spotless home. I no longer needed to use separate devices for vacuuming and mopping, which streamlined my chores and made cleaning much more efficient. The edge cleaning feature is genius!! It effectively reached corners and edges that are typically hard to clean, ensuring a thorough clean throughout my home. Maneuvering the vacuum was quite easy, thanks to its lightweight design and swivel steering. It glided smoothly across different floor types, from hardwood to tile, with minimal effort. I used it for a variety of messes, including spilled liquids, dirt, pet hair, and even sticky residues. It handled all these tasks with ease, demonstrating its capability to tackle both everyday cleaning and more challenging messes. The suction power of this vacuum was impressive, consistently picking up debris and liquids without leaving anything behind. Its dual-action brush roll did an excellent job of scrubbing and lifting dirt, ensuring that my floors were left spotless. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best wet dry vac I have ever used. With an older wet dry vac I had, the floors never seemed to get as clean as I'd like, but with this new Crosswave my floors have never been cleaner. I was able to get to spots I normally have to clean by hand, and it was so easy to maneuver all over my hardwood floors and tiled bathroom. I have a 4 year old son and a senior dog, and between the two we have no shortage of messes. There has not been a single mess that the Crosswave couldn't handle, including a full glass of milk that had fallen from the kitchen table and tiny pieces of dog kibble that our senior dog scatters around as he eats. Each time I clean with this machine, I am so certain my floor is getting very clean and the effort I'm putting in is worth it. I am sold on this as my absolute favorite wet dry vac, and I've been telling anyone and everyone about it. I got this machine as part of the Stellar Product Testing panel in exchange for my honest review. Any of the views in my review are mine alone and do not represent anyone else's opinions or views but my own.

Life saver

I was a little worried this was going to be complicated to use after glancing through the instruction booklet. Once I got of the courage to give it a try I was pleasantly surprised. As a vacuum it does most things you would want it to do. In addition it replaces the need for a mop and bucket which I have never liked having in my closet to begin with. It is sleek looking (if a vacuum/ mop/ can be called that). It is surprisingly easy to use and did a great job cleaning my kitchen floor after family with small kids were here (there were a lot of kids and lots of mess). I thinks this works surprising well - I was a bit skeptical but am so glad I was able to try as it makes cleaning so easy esp when entertaining

Best Wet/Dry Vac Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this CrossWave OmniForce Edge as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel for my honest review. I was highly impressed by this Wet/Dry Vac. This Bissell CrossWave was very easy to assemble with the quick manual, and it is super lightweight and very reliable. I used the Dry/Vac part to pick up the pet hair all over the floor, and the suction power was so strong and even picked up every strand in the edges, it also held a lot of hair in the container. I used the wet vacuum part to clean dried on food, dirt and grim. This CrossWave Wet-Vac part was simple to fill with water and the cleaning solution, I rolled through the dirt once forward to clean, then backwards to suck the water into the tank. When I was done cleaning, I put it on the charger to self clean and charge up for the next day. The battery life lasted for about an hour of use, and charges up quickly. This CrossWave OmniForce Edge is my favorite Wet/Dry Vac, and I highly recommend it to everyone, especially families with kids, and/or pets.

Goodbye mop and broom!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive the Bissell crosswave omniforce edge courtesy of Stellar product testing panel. I have been using this product for almost 2 months and have never had a tangle incident in the brush roll, and that's saying a lot with three kitties! The strainer caught most hair and debris from dirty water and aided in a easier clean up. I find that I clean the house quicker and more thorough with one machine versus three different cleaning items/machines. The tanks are easy to clean and put back together, although I have had some hiccups aligning the dirty tank when reattaching after emptying. If you do not align it perfectly it will spew water out of the sides. I have to remove and reattach about 3 times before I get it perfect which is pretty annoying. I like that it has suction levels depending on where you're cleaning. High suction is great for stuck on messes,high traffic areas, and rugs. In fact, the suction so high I was able to suck up an onion piece on my hardwood floor! The Zerogap technology is wonderful for dust and hair but not great with litter. I often had to go behind with a broom along the baseboards. I like the idea of the feature but it isn't the one thing that's keeping me sold on the product. I have been SO happy with this product and it has essentially replaced my mop and broom for day to day messes.

Powerful and convenieny

When I received this vacuum, I wasn't sure it would be powerful enough for the kid mess and pet hair in my house. I was pleasantly surprised. It charges quickly and it's lightweight. I find myself using this one all the time instead of dragging my corded vacuum all over the house (much heavier). The mop feature is really convenient as well. The only thing to note is that the parts have to dry for 24h before you use it again. It may just require a little planning when you want to use the mop feature.

Amazing all in one product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum. I was so excited to receive this to test out! The CrossWave OmniForce Edge is super easy to use. We have a toddler so being able to mop and vacuum the floor at the same time is a much needed time saver. After every use you just clean out the parts, let them dry overnight and stick them back in. I've read people complain that it is time consuming, but I think it's worth taking care of the product and have it last as long as possible.

My new favorite household tool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get the opportunity to test out the CrossWave OmniForce Edge provided to me by the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have never used a wet dry vacuum before, and I have been curious if one could simplify my cleaning routine in the kitchen, bathrooms, and family room/study. I have two larger dogs and a toddler so the clean up is never ending. I couldn't wait to see if one machine could do the job of a vacuum, broom, and other hard surface cleaners and save me time in the process. It was a snap to put together just a few pieces. Its super simple to fill and add the cleaning product. The clean and dirty water tanks snap in and out with ease no spilling or messes. I was really impressed with how great a job the CrossWave OmniForce did, my tiles looked clean, really clean, like new. My area rug in the kitchen also looked much brighter. It cleaned the area rug better than a heavy-duty cleaner without leaving it soaking wet. The very little wetness there was left dried very fast. I was worried if it could handle the pet hair that accumulates around the corners and edges throughout the house. On both the rug and the tile, the vacuum did amazing job and in just one swipe. It got right up under the cabinets and against the walls. I was also very impressed with how lightweight and easy to maneuver the vacuum was. It lets you know when the water is out and when the dirty water needs to be emptied so there's no guessing. It was surprisingly quiet too. My only complaint would be that the area of the strainer to remove the solid particles doesn't have a tight fit to the area of the tank so when you pull It up it misses a very tiny number of floating debris. I was able to catch it with a second scoop. The self-cleaning feature amazed be the cleaning brush went from dark gray to white again. It wasn't too hard to clean the parts, I just let them air dry till my next session. Overall, I was impressed with this product and would recommend it to my friends and family.
