I use my Bissell CrossWave several times a week to keep up with everything from snack crumbs to muddy paw prints, so I was curious to see how Bissell’s new Multi-Surface Super Concentrate Cleaning Formula would hold up. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised.
The pre-measured pouches are a clever idea. They take up far less space than the usual big bottles, which is a win in my storage-challenged home, though I did find I needed a small bin to keep them organized. The pouches were easy to use — once I figured out that cutting them open worked better than tearing to avoid drips and make sure all the liquid made it into the machine. The convenience of not having to measure anything was a real time-saver, especially when I’m juggling household tasks and a busy toddler.
In terms of cleaning power, the concentrate worked just as well as the standard formula. My floors looked clean, felt clean, and there was no sticky residue left behind. I even tried it on an area rug, and while the results weren’t amazing, I know from experience that the CrossWave itself struggles with rugs — this formula wasn’t the issue.
What I liked most was how much easier it made my routine. It’s a small thing, but when you’re cleaning multiple times a week, every little bit of saved time and effort counts. I do hope Bissell expands to more sustainable packaging since reducing waste is important to me, especially as a parent trying to set a good example.
Overall, I’ll definitely keep using these. They’re practical, effective, and perfect for busy households like mine where clean floors are a must but time and storage space are limited.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Pouches are a lifesaver for my limited cabinet space and sanity! As a busy mom I have TONS of cleaning products and this eliminates the need for another big bottle of cleaning products. It is also VERY easy to rip open and pour the entire pouch in the machine. I didn’t spill a drop! It cleaned exactly the same as normal on my hardwood. Leaving no streaks and an amazing smell. Overall, I think these pouches are very convenient and very simple to use. I will definitely be switching to the pouches instead of the bulky bottles!

Nice Premeasured Amount

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciate how convenient these little packs are. I didnt have to do any measuring, just filled the water and I was good to go. The cleaning power is what you would expect from Bissell, it never disappoints! I didnt notice any difference in cleaning power, aside from needing a smaller amount of solution vs the unconcentrated solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample pack of the Bissell super concentrate to use with my Bissell Crosswave and it worked great! It was very convenient to have the solution pre measured and worked great on my tile floors. The floors felt clean and smooth afterwards with no sticky feeling or film left behind. It smelled clean and fresh although I wouldn't mind some different scent options! This solution was the perfect quick and easy way to clean up after a busy day with two toddlers. If the pre measured concentration was just as cost efficient as the bottle I would definitely grab the pre measured pouches!

So fresh so clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This concentrate is great for not needing near as much product while cleaning and storage of the cleaning solution. It did come out a little bubbly when not thoroughly mixed with the water so I needed to wipe the first little bit off the floor. Once it ran through my wet mop a little more it was smooth sailing . The smell is my favorite because it smells so clean!

Good option for less bulk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this concentrated solution to work just as well as any other solution I’ve used. I did really love that it didn’t take as much room under my cabinet. It smelled nice and didn’t seem to streak. I would use this product again.
