Leaks and rusts

In theory, this is a great tool. Unfortunately, it leaks every time the water is full and it's ready to use. Because of this, there is rust throughout the bottom of the steamer. So disappointed with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is definitely a game changer for mopping. It would be nice if it were cordless as the cord limits the coverage. This one gave me 3 yrs and then it didn't steam up anymore so onto the next Bissell-powerfresh pet lift off

My last Bissell steam mop was at least 10 years old. I'm so glad I invested in a new one as it is such an upgrade. This mop cleans my tile, vinyl planks, and engineered hardwood quickly and leaves the floors very clean. I would not choose any other mop. This one is awesome!

I used my first PowerFresh Steam Mop for at least a dozen years in my former apartment that had linoleum and LVP. It did a great job of making my floors sparkle and feel "clean." It also swivels into corners. You can tell by the used mop pad how much dirt really exists on your floors. The used pads are easy to clean. I'm now on my second PowerFresh Steam Mop. We recently purchased a larger home with lots of tile flooring and more dust. This mop is a workhorse and so easy to use. I never considered buying anything else other than the PowerFresh when it was time for a new steam mop.
