Tough little machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this portable carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I put this machine to use in various areas in my home and car! My first run was for short carpet for a juice spill, red of course on beige carpet. I used the heat setting and the formula that comes with the machine. I was amazed to see the stain practically disappear after one go over. After cleaning the juice spill, I remembered my kids had got slime on my shaggy area rug. I put it to the test with the heat again and after a few times over the slime was coming out. My car was the last time I used the machine to clean my seats and floor mats. They were not too dirty so I did not use the heat setting but still got more dirty water than I thought I would. This little green machine is just the perfect size and weight to bring wherever a mess occurs and packs the power you need to clean it up. The set up and clean up was minimal effort. I referenced the manual to make sure I did everything correctly. It was easy to follow and a great tool.

The design is super convenient, easy to carry around, and doesn't take up much space, which I love. The heat feature actually makes a difference, especially for old stains and that dreaded pet smell that never quite goes away. I used it on everything from a juice spill in the car to muddy paw prints on the stairs, and it handled all of it with no problem. The formula it came with worked great, not too strong-smelling but definitely effective. Honestly, it made cleaning way less of a chore and I can see myself reaching for it more often than I expected.

Easy to use, heat is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great help in cleaning up after both our 18 year old cat as well as our four kids. It's portable and easy to store when not in use. The suction is great, and the cleaning solution and the heated water seems to really help remove cat vomit and drink spill stains with less effort. I am concerned how long the hose will last- it already appears to have started breaking down where it attaches to the brush. Only time will tell. Overall I would recommend it for quick and easy cleanups. Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this portable carpet cleaner.

An Easy Way to Tackle a Tough Problem

Normally if our dog or kids make a mess on the floor or furniture, which could include food, puke, slobber, spills, I've got a bucket of water, cleaner and a rag trying to clean it up. This includes spraying the stain, scrubbing, then trying to soak up the nasty water, rinsing the rag, swapping for clean water etc. etc. All of this and still feeling like I didn't really get it cleaned. I've now found the greatest resolve to all of this hassle: The Little Green Proheat Pet. This little machine really gets the job done. First of all it was super easy to setup. It's clear how to fill it up with cleaner and water and to get the tanks clicked into place. I love the option for heating the water as some messes just really need that hot water if it's greasy, or oily, plus I just feel like it seems cleaner. This was the only real issue I had with the machine was figuring out which way the heat button was on or off, but an easy thing to figure out if after 30 secs the light on the button didn't come on, but really only 30 secs to have the heat ready is great! The machine is easy to move around to where I need it. It doesn't leak so I feel safe putting it up on the couch. You can clearly see how well it's sucking up the dirty water and the brush on the end is tough but gentle on fabric. I used this first on a carpet stain from a dog mess and then on the arm of our couch which was filthy from dog slobber and dirty kid hands. Sad to say how gross they were, but relieved at how well I could see the machine really cleaning both areas. In regards to clean up it's a breeze. The dirty water tank is simple to remove and pour the dirty water down the drain and then rinse. My favorite feature is the self clean mode on the wand head. It rinses out the end of the wand on its own and if for some reason I feel like I really want to clean that out the top part of the wand is removable. So often dog hair or dirt gets caught in cleaning

A much needed upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Bissell spot cleaner that was about 15 years old, and it was definitely time for it to be replaced. This new ProHeat Pet cleaner has been such a nice upgrade! It's lightweight, more compact, and quieter. Both the clean and dirty water tanks are very large, which allows for longer cleaning time without interruptions for refills (a pet peeve about my old one!). It does a great job of cleaning most spots, although some stains definitely need a pre-treatment if they are really set-in. I use this most often for pet messes, and it works great for that. The heat feature is handy for keeping your hot water hot while cleaning bigger areas. The suction is excellent and seems to pull almost all of the water out with only a couple passes. I'm so glad they added a self-clean feature to this as well, which makes the clean-up of the machine so much easier than on my old model. I also really appreciate that the cleaning head comes apart on this one so you can clean it thoroughly when done. My only complaint with this machine is the black hose! My older model had a clear hose, so you could see if there was still gunk that needed cleared out. Since you can't see through this one, there's no way of knowing if the hose is still dirty, has a blockage, or is becoming moldy. Otherwise, I love everything else about this machine and I'm so happy I was able to upgrade! I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this portable carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The first thing I noticed was how compact and light it was. This is great because it's easy to bring to different places around the house to spot treat stains. I had 3 different stains that I have been unable to get out of my rug or carpet. The first one took out the stain immediately! The second one, after using the heat setting, I was able to finally get rid of after only a few minutes. The last one was a bigger area that was dark due to high traffic on a cream colored carpet. This machine helped this area a lot. It couldn't fully eradicate this area, BUT it made it look so much better! I love this cleaner and I like the heat setting for those hard to treat stains. It was easy to set up to use and the cleaning formula works great! Highly recommend!

As to why, here are my reasons... I'm not a fan of bulk machines. When I was asked about participating in a portable cleaner I was anxious as I was looking for one on the market. What I love about this machine the most is the heated water feature. Having the water heated does help break down the mess that I'm trying to clean up. We have four cats so there's bound to be a hair ball or mess somewhere to be cleaned up. This machine is so tough I expected to have put in more work to lift up the mess. The fact that is small, the design allows to keep all pieces of the machine together...and that it's corded is some of all of the best features. It's compact and easy to store in my utility closet. The machine also game with a bottle of formula which I will continue to buy and use. It's enough for a few batches but not as big as the smallest size you'd find in a store. I like the fresh smell the solution provides and how tough it is at breaking down stains. I've used it not only on my pets vomit, hairballs...I also used it on spilled juice and marker stains my kids put on our carpet. Over all Id give it a 4/5. Only one star deduction because it is a little on the heavier side but it could just be for me personally. Also I wish the water heated up a little bit more but I do understand for safety reasons how that may not have been able to be. I'm glad I own this machine and actually am excited and looking forward to its next use. Maybe my car???

I loved the original version, but this sleek, updated model is a total game-changer! The new heating feature is nothing short of amazing-it tackles even the toughest stains that I thought were impossible to remove. I was blown away by how effortlessly it gets out stains now! The formula is fantastic, making cleaning a breeze. I can't recommend this product enough for every household! Seriously, everyone should have one of these!
