Portable, efficient machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this portable carpet cleaner. This unit is small but powerful. I was very impressed with the power of the machine, specifically the suction. Each pass of the vacuum I was able to pull up a lot of the water and the carpet felt barely damp once I was finished. The machine's heat feature was unfortunately not as impressive. In my opinion the water did not heat to a very high temperature. I felt it was easier to use hot water from the tap to fill the water tank. One positive is the ability to clean the machine afterwards, the directions are easy to follow and it's a quick clean up. While the heat feature wasn't impressive to me I was happy with the ability to clean stains from the carpet. I successfully removed slime off of the carpet using heat and also a coffee stain using the provided stain remover. If you have kids or pets this portable machine is very useful to clean up small messes.

With both kids and pets in the house, messes are constant-but this machine has made cleanup so much easier. It's lightweight, portable, and incredibly easy to use. From pet accidents to kid spills, it tackles stains like a pro. I love how quick it is to grab and go for spot cleaning. I genuinely love this product and would absolutely recommend it to anyone with a busy household!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I wish that the water got hotter, I definitely liked this and would recommend for pet owners. Overall impression of this cleaner was that it would be pretty easy to grab and use for quick spot cleaning and that it would be easy to store. Having the hot water feature was really beneficial especially for my grease stain on my large area rug but like I mentioned I think it could have gotten even hotter. It came with its own trial size bottle of cleaning solution and the formula seemed to work on the stuck on food mess and the grease stain that I cleaned, though my pet didn't have an accident during my testing period I think this would help clean up those types of messes too. Though I tested it on my own, I received this portable carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It was easy to set up, use, and to store.

It cleans up messes in a heartbeat. I've used it on rugs, carpet, and furniture, and can always see a reduction in staining. The formula provided with the machine is top notch for stain removal. The heat function feels more sanitary than my original machine that doesn't have heat. It's also extremely easy to clean. Within minutes, I've cleaned the stain and machine which is a major help. We have 3 dogs and 14 cats so our home is constantly in need of cleaning from messes from our fur family. We have tried many other cleaners in the past for carpets and furniture with very little success. This cleaner is just amazing! Our sectional sofa and ottoman had years of stains from attempted cleanups with sprays, two other portable cleaners and we thought this was going to be our last try before calling in a professional. NOT NEEDED! Our area rugs also cleaned up beautifully where the stains had set in. Very easy to use and lightweight. Cleaning the unit is very easy as well. LOVE IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this portable carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, this is a wonderful cleaner. It's compact, easy to store and cleans carpet really well. The cleaner worked great on tough stains that have been there for several years. The heat function is a nice option and works excellent, although wasn't needed to get the stains out. The compact design makes its more accessible and easy to clean. The nozzle comes off in pieces and can be rinsed quickly eliminating any build up. The water container is the perfect size. Light weight. Cleaning the mess: I used this cleaner to clean up a stain that has been on the carpet for several years and came out perfect again, as well as to clean up pet accidents. Cleaning solution: the cleaning solution smells nice and really got any smell right out of the carpet. So glad I was able to try this cleaning machine. Its compact design is by far my favorite feature as it can store easily which makes it quickly accessible as needed. LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine!

Having kids and pets, it's essential I find a product that works! This machine didn't disappoint. It removed tough crayon marks on fabric, faded old stains, and quickly removed new messes. I especially liked the portability of the machine and the ease of use. I have the product 4 stars as opposed to 5 though because for some stains I had to go over a few times to remove.
