The steamer and vacuum work good. I am very surprised at short the handle is. If I were 6 ft tall I would be bending over the whole time to use it. Thankfully I am only 5'3" and only have to extend my arm full length to use it.

I had the prior version of this product & it stopped steaming after 1 year of light use. I like that I can remove the mop head from the stick for cleaning the water tubing. I hope this will allow me to keep the steam flowing in this model.
