Great mop. Also, BISSELL does a great job supporting pets. I live in a rural area with poor support for animal services. BISSELL has really helped with adoption fees at my local shelter. I used a shark 2005-2014. Then a bissell symphony 2014-2025. This is the easiest way to clean floors. All of these models have the same basic design. I would love to say that I spend time making sure my floors are perfect, but I am not going to do that. I am willing, however, to spend 20 minutes a week on my 2000 sq ft of hard floors. It vacuums and does a decent job mopping. It is easy and fast. I have a dog too. If you want to spend the least time possible cleaning, but you want a nice floor, this is great.

I have purchased the crosswave multiple times, and replacement parts when needed. Loved the cordless. But thought I'd try something new because I'd still steam the floors weekly. This powerfresh is SO loud, the neighbors know I'm cleaning. Which I appreciate it's strong motor and sucking ability, but you'll wake the whole house. The pad on the bottom is convenient that it just snaps on and off, but takes a bit to get used to. The dirty dry canister does not get very full, but we do run a Roomba daily as well.

Cleans great but but the entire unit gets so hot and you have to shut it off and wait for it to cool down and then start the process again several times just to finish a small apartment. Do not recommend!! Needs a cooling unit or something

It's an ugly green color. There is a black, rubbery edge on this that leaves a scuff mark on your baseboards.

I had purchased one of these for both of my daughters who have mostly or all hard floors. I was content with my steam version without the vacuum. That is, until I spent 3 weeks visiting my daughter after our granddaughter was born. My husband was not sold, but after it arrived before I returned home and he gave it a try, it is now a must have!

I had the prior version of this product & it stopped steaming after 1 year of light use. I like that I can remove the mop head from the stick for cleaning the water tubing. I hope this will allow me to keep the steam flowing in this model.
