A Fun Hot Wheels Build!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kid loves Hot Wheels! He also enjoys creative toys that he can build and make his own. The Brick Shop Hot Wheels combines two of his favorite toys! It even came with a replica regular sized hot wheel car! Putting the bricks together took him several hours to complete the entire car. He thought the directions could have been a little bit more clear and he felt that there was too many bags dividing the pieces. The pieces fit together well and he didn't struggle with any portion of the build. He had a blast creating it and highly recommends this toy!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really fun to build

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Starting with the packaging, I am happy with the good artwork and the sturdy box. Item was shipped to me and item was perfect. If you follow the book page by page, it will be perfect. Only error was somehowI skipped a page. It was a easy fix. You can personalize it a bit. Like the the steering wheel actuality works. Great for Display.

Super fun build!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a super fun build! very accurate, like a building block model car instead of just a toy brick car. It was super detailed and fun to put together, and included some fun customization options too! Loved the larger scale model and the inclusion of the tiny matching toy car.

Perfect for teen boys!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teenage son was excited about this building set! These days it is hard to pry him away from video games or some set of electronics. To my surprise, he began building this set the very next day after I gave it to him. He had it completed in 2 days. He took a lot of pride in the build and the finished product. He still has it displayed in his room. One of my favorite parts about this particular set is that it includes a small Hot Wheels version of the larger car you build. That was a pretty cool extra touch! I definitely recommend this product for the teen and pre-teen boys. My husband was geeking out over it after it was finished too.

Frustrating but rewarding!

It took a while to put together because some of the parts are difficult to connect and some pieces just won't stay connected so had to connect them several times because it kept breaking off. There was some frustration there. Otherwise it looks really good and like that the tires can move. It was really cool to see how the steering column connected to the tires and made them move. Love the mini hot wheels car that comes with it.

Best set ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give this more then 5 stars if I could! The instructions are so clear and the numbered bags make this so easy to find and build. My 11 was able to build this by his self without any problems. The car has so much detail down to colored motor parts and moving pieces. I will be buying more of these set as now my 2 other sons want one also.
