Disappointed: Finish Line Shows the Wrong Winner

ently purchased a Hot Wheels race track set, but unfortunately the finish line flag is not working correctly. Even when the car on the right side clearly wins the race, the flag shows as if the left side has won.
This set was bought with great excitement, but discovering that it doesn’t work properly has been very disappointing — especially for my 7-year-old son, who was really looking forward to racing his cars.
We truly love Hot Wheels and just want to enjoy the race track as it’s supposed to work. We would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
