Works great & very quiet

I would recommend this unit as a main freezer or as an additional backup! Would like to see them manufactured in the USA though… Let’s make America the best country again. Made In USA should be on every product!

Since having it all we have is praise for the freezer. It a nice size for a family of two or three. Since we plant an above ground garden this year we have an abundance of vegetables that we vacuum sealed and freeze. Instead of overstocking this freezer we bought the same exact one to store nothing but vegetables in. We are so happy and enjoy these products. I would highly recommend these freezers to everyone.!

Only lasted 3 years

Freezer lasted a little over 3 years. The compressor is bad and we lost a freezer full of food! When it was warming up the alarm didn’t even go off. We happened to notice the light was blinking and by then it was too late.

LED Light problem

This freezer was delivered on February 8, 2020. On February 28, 2020 I opened the door and the LED light did not come on. I called the service department and explained the situation. The customer rep said I needed to verify that the light was not working. My husband pressed on the light cover which is recessed in the roof of the freezer. When he pressed on the cover, the light came on and then we closed the door. This morning I opened the door and the light once again was not on. I have to call for service and explain that we don't believe the problem is the LED light itself but perhaps a lose wire. I am not a technician so I don't know what the problem is. Since we've had this freezer less than a month and the door has been opened less than six times, I am disappointed in this product. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly and efficiently with on no cost on our part.
