[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this freezer until I didn't. Bought just over 3 years ago, and loved the features like interior light. Well a few days ago we heard it beeping. Just had the appliance repair guy say the compressor is shot, and isn't working. To replace it was going to be over 1150 dollars. Which is 30% more than what we paid for the thing brand new. There is no way a 3yr old freezer should be doa. Maybe you guys could try putting better parts in these things?

Loved it when we got it. 3 years later totally Died and was unfixable. Will NEVER again buy Frigidaire or a GE appliances EVER!

Perfect! Quality from start to finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is bigger than we originally wanted, but glad we got this one. t is extreamly quiet and keeps everything COLD. This is our first upright, always had a chest freezer. Like this one a lot better, alot easier to keep organized. We have had a lot of Frigidaire products over the years, and this is like the rest, QUALITY was the first thing to go into it. Would recommend this and any of the Frigidaire family products.

Solid dependability!

We looked no further when we viewed the Frigidaire line of freezer. Solid construction with a clean modern appearance. Great features such as automatic defrost. Metal shelving that won’t crack over time. Truly solid dependability in craftsmanship and a long standard of quality in the name and products of Frigidaire!

NOT frost free!

This freezer was just delivered on 12/26/20. We transferred frozen food from our chest freezer to it and left it closed for 24 hrs. By the next day it had accumulated a surprising amount of frost in the top half of the freezer. We were shocked and brushed off/removed as much as we could, chalking it up to condensation that had melted during the transfer. It's now been closed for several more days and I opened it this morning to find another alarming sight! This is definitely NOT frost free and I am looking for advice on how to proceed.
