[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! I put water & some juices to freeze for a family trip & they remained frozen the whole day & the next! Next time I’ll know to take them out of the freezer the day before. They were able to keep everything cool & the food from going bad. It also doesn’t take up much space which is another plus. I would definitely recommend it.

Freezer Set Up Advice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I placed this freezer in my garage. To ensure that the door will shut properly (page 8 in the Freezer Use & Care Guide), using a carpenter's level, be certain the freezer is level from side to side and 1/2 bubble off from front to back. According to expert set up info I started the freezer empty (no food in it) and let it run approximately five (5) hours until the interior temp stabilized at the recommended setting. That temp was four (4) degrees. It needed to reach ZERO degrees Fahrenheit. I began moving the temp control in small increments clockwise to "Coldest" until it stabilized at ZERO degrees. I had to wait 4-4.5 hours after each change until it stabilized thus it took 1 1/2 days. It now consistently maintains the zero temperature that the government suggests for safe frozen food storage.

Doesn’t Close Well

So be careful with closing. The alarm only goes off once the food is half defrosted.

Hello Careful21! Thank you for sharing your experience. Your freezer comes with 2 alarms to alert you before your food is defrosted. The first is the door ajar alert that alarms when the door is open for longer than 5 minutes. The second alarm is the high temp alert that alarms when the temperature is higher than 21 degrees. If the first alert is not operating, please let us know. With your freezer, we recommend that you ensure that the door is securely closed after each use. If you believe that the door is not closing properly, it is possible that the appliance is not leveled. Please refer to page 8 in your owner's manual. Great freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this freezer is exceptional! First the Frigidaire keeps things frozen as it should. Secondly the stainless finish is very clean looking. It also has a small green light at the bottom of the freezer to let you know that it is working. I also like the fact that it is narrow but taller so that it can fit in smaller spaces.

When they delivered and was able to see it.... it blew my mind at how the shelves were set up, I have this freezer now for 3 weeks and love all the features nd how quite it is. I believe Frigidaire makes a good product. I recently bought a Frigidaire and am really happy too.
