Ruined My Ice Cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I barely had mine 2 weeks last May 2021 when my grandson discovered all of my ice cream had melted! The fan had gone out. Almost a year later and all of my ice cream is melted again but not everything is thawed out. Getting to the controls means removing what’s still frozen and hopefully turning it up will keep my ice cream hard when I’m able to afford to replace it and other items like frozen fruit, vegetables and shrimp I just bought 2 days ago and some other meat ruined.

Nice size Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size of this freezer and it is keeping the food cold. I think there is a design flaw that makes it difficult to reverse the freezer door. Normally, you just unscrew one side and screw it on to the other side. But this freezer has wires so you have to get a certain kind of technician out to reverse the door. It should be simpler.

Big step up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a 11 cu ft freezer and moved up to this 16 cu ft freezer. I really like the led light on the floor to let you know it’s working. It seals tight, opens easy and has enough shelves and door bins to keep things separate. It’s evenly cold from top to bottom. We are very pleased with this freezer.

Loving the freezer so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So many features I love, garage ready, door ajar alarm, love seeing the light on the floor knowing it is on and knowing that it has 2 days if power outage. We got the stainless steel and really pretty. It didn't take long for the freezer to get cold at all. I think we made a good purchase!

Overall solid product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aside from the big dent on the freezer on the door at delivery, however it was small and didn't affect operation of it, and it has been a solid freezer. It energy usage is about average so giving it three stars as a result.

A Great Addition to our Garage

It's kept in the garage (naturally) and lately we spent a lot of time scraping ice and bleaching mildew off it. We cleared some space and took the plunge on this upright. To be honest we chose this one because it was the only one available in our price range and online reviews were favorable. We have had it for 2 weeks and yesterday my wife said "I really like the new freezer. It's so easy to find what you want". So for all you chest freezer dumpster divers out there, take the plunge, if you can, and purchase one of these. You won't regret it.
