Works great EXCEPT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about the freezer is good, I especially like the light showing it's powered on, but one major problem I have with it is that the shelves do not fit properly.
The shelves want to fall out because they don't appear to be wide enough to fit into the slots at the front and if you apply too much pressure the entire shelf falls out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with this freezer. I love the light on the inside and the green light on the outside showing its working. The frost free feature is great. I like the slimmer more upright profile too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this freezer for 5 weeks now. I purchased this model to replace a smaller Frigidaire model that stopped cooling one week shy of the warranty expiration. Consumer Reports rated Frigidaire well so I decided to stay with it and upgrade. My research found that many owners were very satisfied with the 16 CU. Ft model. We are happy with the new freezer. Size and features of the 16 Cu. Ft are much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upright freezers have been unavailable since COVID began. We’d been looking for one for our new house since end of last year. This guy popped up as available at the orange home improvement store so I sort of impulse bought it. After the fact I looked and was glad to see it has good ratings, was easy to set up and seems to be doing a good job keeping things frozen.

Good features and very spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in October. I like that if the door is left open it will beep and make a sound. It should have a defrost feature so we will know if the coils are frozen over. I did lose some food during the defrost mode because it was not keeping temp. I did put in a request to have my food replaced but have not heard from anyone. I purchased a warranty. Hopefully I will hear from someone soon.
