Online salesperson was very helpful and courteous. Tracking of shipment was fairly easy and delivery was smooth, with great service, helping move freezer to desired location. Completely satisfied with this purchase and will be sure to use this method again in the future for appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a month ago and so far, the unit is working great. We had the door reversed to open from the left and had a small issue with frost, but the repairman scheduled an immediate appointment and resolved the issue. Nice freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is the perfect size. I can easily put a turkey on the shelf with room to spare. The shelfs are high enough to put box items in and stack them. The door has 5 shelfs that make it convenient for smaller items. The light in it is also makes it easier to find what you are looking for.
