So far love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had my freezer for a few weeks, but so far it's been working great. It cooled down very fast, and the seal on the door is very seriously strong.

For basic troubleshooting, we recommend first ensuring the ice maker is turned on and the water supply line is fully open with no kinks or restrictions. Please also check that the freezer temperature is set correctly (typically around 0°F / -18°C) for proper ice production. It can also help to remove any ice buildup in the bin or around the ice maker mechanism and ensure the unit has been running for at least 24 hours to allow a full ice production cycle.
If the issue continues after these steps, service may be required.
