[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Of all times for my freezer to need replaced, was when I could not find one to purchase. Finally ordered and received this one and I love the green light on the bottom so if it stops working I will know before I loose all my meat.

Liked the narrowness and height of the freezer but was pleasantly surprised at how deep it was for a stand up freezer. Loved the shelves on the door and well and the lighting and how quiet it is. A great buy!

Had a bit of frost build-up at first, but called you and Michelle advised that food packed against the rear could inhibit air flow. Rearranged the foods and problem was solved.
