Stopped working after 2 days!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit online and waited for weeks to get it. It worked for 2 days before the high temperature alarm sounded and the unit was no longer freezing.
After contacting warranty service, a repair person was arranged to come two weeks later. The repair person stated that the compressor is bad and it would take three months to get another and that may not be the only issue.
I am now waiting another two to three weeks for a replacement freezer.
Mt prior Frigidaire freezer worked for 17 years without an issue. Hopefully, this problem is a fluke.

Not a happy camper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this freezer delivered on 11/27/20 a few days after delivery. All my items started to melt. This was suppose to be a brand new freezer as that’s what I paid for but instead I received a defective freezer and have to await now on parts. So not satisfied. As the freezer was less than 2 weeks old

Frigidaire means: Quality, Reliability and Energy Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has had a Frigidaire freezer for more than 54 years. Our first freezer was a Frigidaire Chest Freezer. We had it for more than 25 years. We moved up to a Frigidaire Upright Freezer which we had for more than 29 years. It served us well. My wife and I wanted a freezer with a larger capacity, so we looked at the 16Cu Frigidaire Upright Frostless Freezer. It is perfect for our needs. We bought it and we are very happy with it. We have never had a problem with a Frigidaire Product.

Love the Frost Free Freezer!
