Love everything about this freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our new 13 cu ft. freezer. The bottom basket is much better than just a shelf. The LED interior lighting is very helpful. And the LED 'power on' light is reassuring. Even so much smaller than our old 16 cu ft., it seems to hold as much as the old unit.

Not to big, just the right size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son bought this for in the beginning of the coronavirus so I didn't have to go out. I was concerned of the size and cost of electricity but neither are an issue. I'm able to keep it stocked with meats and bread to avoid going out. I'm in liver failure and care for my elderly mom so this was an amazing gift! Now as for storage don't let the size full you, it holds alot! And the no drain option is perfect one less thing to worry about.
It stays extremely cold no issues at all! Another reason my son chose this one wasn't just the size or self draining was because you are able to put the door on either side. For me personally that was the final sales pitch because it gave me more options to find a permanent place for it. I live in a 2 bedroom, 3 family house so my space was already limited but not an issue with this freezer.
Thanks for a great product at an excellent price!

keeps icing up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] iced up from day 1. repairman 3 weeks to get here. still icing up. can't see the difference in ground beef, chicken parts and cheese cake. till ice -- all over the place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking to buy a 5cuft chest freezer, but then saw this. Last one. Got it home, plugged it in; set it to normal. It is very, very quiet and stays perfectly at -10 degrees. Love it!
