Difficult Control Panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this convertable Refrigerater/Freezer. Iiis "garage ready" which really helps in Texas summers. It is spacious and easily holds five homebrewers Corny kegs. However, the instructions are minimal and control panel isn't helpful at all. I have tried many times to change from one mode to another without success. I am frustrated

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been having difficulty changing modes through the control panel. We understand how frustrating it can be when the controls are not responding as expected. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Confirm the unit is plugged in and receiving power, and check that the display is active.
- Press and hold the control panel button used for changing modes for a few seconds, as some models require a longer press to activate changes.
- Make sure the control panel is not locked. If the controls are locked, refer to your Owner’s Manual for the specific unlock procedure for your model.
- After selecting a new mode, allow several minutes for the change to register. Some models have a delay before the setting updates.
- If the controls still do not respond, try unplugging the unit for about 5 minutes, then reconnect it to reset the electronics and attempt the mode change again.
If the issue continues, please contact our Customer Support team with your model and serial number so we can provide model-specific assistance.

Love our new Chest Freezer!!

It is so roomy and I really like that it has 2 separate baskets to keep the smaller items in so they don't get lost below. It has a light in the lid that turns on when opened making it so much easier to find what I am looking for. I couldn't be happier. It is so roomy!!! We like to buy in bulk and portion and this freezer is perfect for this. It fits perfectly in the garage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is everything I wanted and more. I love the space! I plan to use it to store deer meat when hunting season comes along. It also turns into a fridge if needed so if my fridge goes out I can switch it or a hurricane, I can hook up to the generator. Also, not worry about my items in there for a few days. I have mine inside at the moment and it’s quiet all around. Very spacious, tight seal, easy to use and set up. I love the baskets it came with to store small items so they don’t get lost. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new spacious freezer.

Huge garage freezer

I finally got one and I love it. Ample room, baskets for smaller items, and external controls make this extremely handy and useful. Can’t wait to get it fully stocked up.

Perfect to store a half cow in my freezer

One of my dreams was always to buy a half cow so that I could save a lot of money in beef and get a lot of premium cuts. Now I finally am able to and I could be happier. I love that this freezer is equipped with a handy light that is surprisingly bright. The baskets at the top are also going to be very handy for smaller items. Can’t wait to get it fully stocked.

Cool Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is a great addition to our home and the white finish gives it such a clean look. With 10 cubic feet of space, it holds so much extra food for our family. The baskets inside keep small items organized and easily accessible. The interior light helps with seeing all our items too. The temperature stays stable and consistent, plus I can see it and adjust it on the external temp controller. I also like the power-on light indicator on the outside as I can quickly check it to make sure the freezer is on. We haven't used the defrost feature yet, but appreciate having the option plus access to an easy water drain spot.
