[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am mostly happy with my laundry tower. My only criticism upon using the unit over 15 times is that the dryer doesn’t dry sufficiently on the first round and I need to engage it again.

NO ACCESS TO WASHER FILTER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] MAJOR DESIGN FLAW. Every other washer sold today has a little trap door on the bottom front of the machine, where you can access the washing machine filter.
This is because pet hair, small beads, coins, and other things that clog the drain hose are captured in that little cylinder & could stop drainage.
This filter should be cleaned out by *YOU* 1-4x a year. IT IS A MAJOR DESIGN FLAW THAT THIS FILTER IS LOCATED AT THE BACK OF THE UNIT AND CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY A SERVICEMAN ($$$).
