Was supposed to get hoses included. However all we got were the 5' steam kit for the dryer. And our dryer isnt even one that has a steam option 🙄. What is even the point???

Love the color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the Electrolux for about a month now and so far it is pretty good. Still trying to figure out what setting works best for us. The only negative and could not give a 5 for this is the lip on the washer gets smaller items such at socks or wash cloths stuck and they do not spin and are very wet.

I love my new Electrolux

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes and dries, does the job. But the washer does spin out the water very well, clothes are often pretty heavy and soaked still. Dryer takes over an hour for regular dry time. Anything less than an hour it won't dry. I tried drying one singular sweatshirt and it took over an hour to dry one sweatshirt. However no matter how big the load is, the clothes will be dried on the normal setting. Not good for needing quick washes and dries even though it says their a quick 15 minute option, these do not work.
