Lint Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a nice looking, energy efficient machine, however there is a massive lint problem. After every load, there is an excessive amount of lint on the clothes. We troubleshot this with the manufacturer and the wholesaler we bought the machine from, with ni improvement. we even had a replacement machine delivered, and the lint issue remains. So unfortunately we are stuck with lint on our clothes until we get a different machine in the future.

We’re glad to hear you appreciate the design and energy efficiency of your Frigidaire Laundry Center (Model ELTE7300AW), though we’re very sorry to learn about the persistent lint concern you’ve been experiencing. We understand how frustrating it must be to see lint remaining on clothing after every load, especially after already troubleshooting and even receiving a replacement unit.
For lint concerns, we recommend making sure the lint filter is cleaned before or after every drying cycle, as buildup can affect airflow and lint capture. Also check that the exhaust vent and outside vent hood are clear of lint or obstructions, as restricted airflow can cause lint to recirculate back into the drum. Avoid overloading the dryer, since larger loads can prevent proper air circulation and lint removal. If possible, try sorting heavier fabrics (like towels) separately from lighter fabrics, as mixed loads can sometimes contribute to lint transfer.
