Problems with washer on two units

I bought this several weeks ago. It started making a grinding noise as soon as the installer left, but I completed the empty cycle he started and then did a normal washer load with HE soap. Same grinding noise, plus I did not see sudsy water. At end, the water didn't drain out. Got the replacement today. Same grinding noise even installer heard it. Ran a normal load with HW detergent and again saw no sudsy water. This time the water drained out, but I don't know if the clothes got clean. Frustrating!

We purchased this for our lake home. We have not had a washer dryer for 25 years! Needless to say we love it and it is performing better than we expected. It is definitely quieter than we anticipated. The loads take longer to wash but I know it is using less water. Clothes come out of dryer in great shape.

We are at an age where everything doesn't need to get washed the same. I love the options; for soil level and for drying. It fits nicely in the space I have and it is kinda cute.

Nice machines… but Loud!!!

We wanted a full size stackable washer/dryer so we could put in a sink. This fit the bill. Nice size and not so tall that I couldn’t reach the top buttons. Works very well and after one month the only complaint is the noise! It is super loud. Not the dryer, but the washing machine. Good lord when I put it in fast spin it sounds like it’s getting ready for Lyft off…, but boy those clothes are almost dry! Had it not been for the noise I would be rating these 5 stars.

Perfect for small spaces!

I love this washer dryer combo! It’s full size and takes up half the space! The doors can be used on either side And I really appreciate that the controls are separate so if one unit stops working (hopefully that won’t happen) the other can still be used. Love it!
