Great first experience with a laundry tower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer: Works as expected. Uses much less water than I thought it would. Didn't seem to even wet my color catcher sheet. Clothes were wet at the end and smelled clean. One star off for rather intense shimmy during spin cycle.
Dryer: Works as expected. Lint filter seems to work well but takes a little effort to empty. Dry time is rather long compared to my previous dryer, but it's doing what I need.
Quality: This seems to be well built. I cannot address longevity as I've just started using it.
Would reccommend.

Good height and works nicely

Bad. Disappointing.

Install poor. Reattach my old vent with holes. See picture. Display already acting up and tower is new. See picture. Washing machine is extremely loud. And dryer does not dry properly. It takes forever over 60 minutes for things to dry even a light load. The 15 minute fast dry doesn’t work at all! Disappointing…maybe sold a tower that is defected… Not properly working. But, the shell looks good.
