High quality and stylish design

It takes no more space than units which have a much smaller volume. It’s quiet and effective. And to top it all off, it’s priced lower than some inferior units. Win/Win!

good but lacks options

That stinks because I don't want to look up the manual on the internet every time I have a question! Also, I doesn't seem to have many options, like if I just want to fluff up something? Or maybe I have not figured it out because I don't have a manual.

Thanks for sharing your experience, JodyKF! I totally get how frustrating it is to get a product with no directions included—having to look up the manual online every time can be a hassle. As for the options, it might be that the product is designed with a simpler interface, or maybe there are some features that aren’t immediately obvious without the manual.
