Needs technicians help after 6 weeks

I have had the stackable unit for 6 weeks and the washer is broken. Doesn’t turn on. Very disappointed. I’m a single person so don’t use it as often as couple or family. What will my ability be to wash my clothes in the future if it breaks down after 6 weeks? Time will tell. I wish I wouldn’t have purchased this unit,

So far I Love it! Large capacity for both and because I am short love the control panel is in the middle and not on top like other models.

Love my Electrolux! I had purchased a Whirlpool Washer and Dryer but returned them two days after delivery because they were difficult to use. The Eletrolux Was so easy to use and their warranty was much better than other brands. Highly recommend!

The Electrolux washer dryer combo is great we have no complaints with the unit. We love how we can wash and dry a quick load of laundry in 15 minutes along with how quiet the machine is.

New appliances

I had to buy a new set, repairs and things going out on my old Fridgidaire ended up demanding the situation. So far my Electrolux is working great. It is a bigger capacity than my old set, takes up a bit more room in the laundry room than I would like but I do like that I can do bigger loads. Lots of options for washing/drying cycles and the eco cycles are a nice touch too. So far so good!
