Fail door will not open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old machine lasted for 8 years. This on did not make it to 8 weeks. Supper great idea 2 in 1 looks good too. But that’s it. I called the warranty people and they’re coming out in 4 days I hope. So my dryer works but not the washer. The items in side are still wet. So I hope when we get the door open there not ruined! Not happy!!

My New Washer/Dryer Tower

I live in an apartment and property management finally replaced both washer/dryer. I love it. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY TOWER. Thank you for making this just for me!!!

I would highly recommend it, theres a more premium option but I have zero buyers remorse over this one. We are building a cabinet around it and increasing our storage space tremendously.
