[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my LUX Care Laundry Tower! It's loaded with options but easy to use right after hookup! I was limited on space but this item came in under dimensions but not in Cu. Ft. capacity! Excellent machine that keeps my clothes clean!!!

Needless to say we love it and it is performing better than we expected. It is definitely quieter than we anticipated. The loads take longer to wash but I know it is using less water. Clothes come out of dryer in great shape.

Problems with washer on two units

I bought this several weeks ago. It started making a grinding noise as soon as the installer left, but I completed the empty cycle he started and then did a normal washer load with HE soap. Same grinding noise, plus I did not see sudsy water. At end, the water didn't drain out. Got the replacement today. Same grinding noise even installer heard it. Ran a normal load with HW detergent and again saw no sudsy water. This time the water drained out, but I don't know if the clothes got clean. Frustrating!
