User-Friendly Stacker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a smaller laundry room and felt we could leverage the size by changing out our washer/dryer to a stacked version (which we had at our beach house). Most stackables are not user friendly as the dryer controls are at the top of the stack. You literally need to be 6 ft tall to reach the controls, or require the use of a step ladder. This Electrolux design is perfect as the controls are both conveniently located and easy to use. We will now build around it with cabinets to finish out the room. Equipment works extremely well and is quiet during operation. Very happy with our purchase!

Best washer ever

A fine stacked washer and dryer

An appliance man once told us that we should never buy an appliance by a brand that also makes TVs, so that left us with choosing the Electrotux. While I would prefer side by side laundry, this machine is pretty good. It looks good and seems to do the job!

Better way beyond our dreams!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now in our '80s my husband and I decided to stop risking life and limb by doing our laundry in the basement down a flight of stairs. Installing a stackable washer and dryer near our bedroom on the main floor was the only solution. Because we live in a small cottage, every inch of space was at a premium and noise was an issue. Reluctantly we went shopping for something between the apartment size units and the bloated looking stackables on the market. By accident, we stumbled on the Electrolux Washtower and fell in love with its sleek lines, simple waist high control panel for both functions, and promise of efficiency.
We installed it in the dressing room/pantry right off our bedroom hoping for the best. To our utter amazement it was perfect: minimal sound, sleek appearance, and great performance! Well done, Electrolux!! Thank you for making our lives easier without having to sacrifice our love of clean design and environmental efficacy!!

Nice machines… but Loud!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted a full size stackable washer/dryer so we could put in a sink. This fit the bill. Nice size and not so tall that I couldn’t reach the top buttons. Works very well and after one month the only complaint is the noise! It is super loud. Not the dryer, but the washing machine. Good lord when I put it in fast spin it sounds like it’s getting ready for Lyft off…, but boy those clothes are almost dry! Had it not been for the noise I would be rating these 5 stars.

Wonderful Washer Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this stacked washer dryer for our new home. We were worried about how loud it would be since it is in our bathroom right off the main hallway, but it is pretty quiet! The only time it gets loud is when the washer is spinning but the spin cycle is amazing and the clothes come out without any excess water so I will take the couple minutes of louder spin cycle for a more efficient wash. The compartments for both the washer and dryer are much larger than expected and can hold a lot of clothes, especially for a stacked unit. Very impressed!
