Unacceptable Noise

This washer should come with ear plugs and a warning label about the noise level. When it spins, the noise level is like standing next to a jet engine. If I known about the noise level, I would not have bought it. I would not recommend buying this washer.

As a basic troubleshooting step, please make sure the unit is level and that all leveling feet are firmly in contact with the floor. Also, confirm that the washer is not touching surrounding walls, cabinets, or other objects, and that the shipping materials have been completely removed. If the washer continues to produce unusually loud noise or excessive vibration during spin, we recommend having it evaluated by an authorized service professional.

Great Product so far…

Just installed this unit a few days ago. It’s very easy to use, controls are intuitive. It washes great and drys well too. Need to get used to the dryer a bit. Vey quiet with no vibration at all even on the spin cycle. Fits in a tight space using a close turn elbow.
Time will tell on reliability and durability. Glad I got it.

New High Tech Machine

We'd previously balked at purchasing major appliances with "too much" digital or electronic controls as we were leary about failures.
When our last "analog" washer/dryer recently failed this machine firstly caught our attention with it's clean and smart appearance, and it offers a greater capacity while actually being a tad narrower (and so able to fit the same footprint)
The controls are fairly simple and intuitive, and my wife appreciates finally stepping up to more modern features.

Silent Fantastic Beast

My condo unfortunately flooded from the hurricane last year and we needed a new washer dryer. The space is quite tight so we landed on this laundry tower unit and it fit perfect! Its not too load and offers a ton of space in the washer and dryer unit.

Great equipment

The washer tower is a good addition to my home. It washes well with lots of settings. The dryer takes much less time than my old dryer. The only problem for me is that it is a little too deep for my space.
