High efficiency and energy saver

Quet and Environmental friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unlike other washer and dryer I previously owned, this washer/dryer combo from Electrolux has many features that I really like. Below are the pros and cons.
PROS:
1. A Space Saver. I gained about 37 inches horizontally so that I was able to place a cabinat next to it.
2.Quiet and fast. I was surprised to learn that, with this unit, it only takes a few minutes to finish the job, not hour like other brand I used to have. The reason, based on my observation, is that because the washer does a very good job in removing excess water from the laundry; therefore, it can be dried out quickly. In addition, both, the dryer and washer operate very quietly.
3. Using very little water. I hardy see any water trough the glass door of the washer during the washing cycle.
CONS:
1. I was disappointed that it doesn't clean my laundry very well, especially the white ones, event if I used the maximum amount of clorox allowed.
2. There is a gap between the washer glass door and the laundry. Some small piece, such as sock, might get caught in the gap during the whole washing cycle.
3. Very heavy (because it is a washer/ dryer combo). It is impossible to move it by myself, if I need to get behind it. The water taps, the electrical outlet and the water drain are all behind it.
Overall, I like it and I would buy it again the next time if I need a new unit.

It is quiet enough as we do have it on the same floor as the bedrooms . It was important to have a unit with settings in the middle so that children may reach it as they grow .
