I only bought it a couple of weeks ago after moving. I had a fair bit of washing to dry and I was please of the features it offered and did a good job.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Rinse-and-Spin cycle is too long and too rough on clothing

I bought this washing machine about 2 months ago. Although it is easy to use, its rinse-and-spin cycle is absurdly long ... especially if you add an additional rinse to your clothing. During this cycle, the machine seems to rinse-and-spin multiple times, making the washing process very long. I also find the repeated rinsing-and-spinning pulls threads on my towels and cotton clothing. So I now wash almost all my clothing in laundry bags to better protect them from the rinse-and-spin cycle. I'm also unhappy that the "Delicate" cycle can't handle anything more than medium-sized loads. I also regret not getting a washing machine that has a separate additional "Rinse and Spin" cycle for every type of wash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For troubleshooting, the rinse-and-spin time can vary based on the selected cycle, load size, water level, and options such as an additional rinse. Some washers may also perform multiple spins or adjust the time automatically to help balance the load. If the load becomes unbalanced, the washer may pause or add additional tumbling/spinning to redistribute the items.
To help reduce cycle time and fabric wear, we recommend:
- Avoiding overloading the washer and following the recommended load size for each cycle, particularly the Delicate cycle.
- Distributing clothing evenly around the tub rather than placing a large amount of one type of item together.
- Using the Delicate cycle for fabrics that require gentler care and selecting the lowest appropriate spin speed, if your model provides that option.
- Using an additional rinse only when needed, as this will naturally extend the cycle.
- Turning garments inside out and avoiding washing items with hooks, zippers, or rough surfaces alongside delicate fabrics.
- Checking that the washer is properly leveled, as an unlevel unit can contribute to excessive movement and repeated balancing.
If the washer is repeatedly adding spins, taking significantly longer than the estimated cycle time, or causing unusual pulling or damage to clothing even with properly sized and balanced loads, we recommend having the appliance inspected.

Love, love love this washer.

East to pick cycle features. Very quiet when running. Clothes come out smelling fresh and clean. Clothes are almost ring dry so less dryer time needed.
