Except for the loud thumping when the machine is in the rinse cycle everything seems to work ok. Supposedly this is normal but very irritating and of some concern. It's supposed to mean the clothes need to be rearranged since there is an overload on one side. I do this and it still thumps

Powerful washer

Great simple machine
