[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the washer for a couple of weeks. It has a large tub and is easy to use. It is loud, so I am glad it is in the basement laundry room. I am concerned about the electronics because my last washer, a Whirlpool with electronic controls, had known issues with the motherboard, which failed after a year, but they did not back up their product. So here's hoping that this one is better.

Long Rinse and Spin Cycles

I had a service visit to see if the water levels were too low because the Medium water level setting had less than 1/4 of the tub with water. The Deep Fill had less than 1/2 of the tub with water. The service tech told me this was normal, that it was conserving water, so I get that. The other annoying part is that the rinse cycle takes over 15 minutes to complete. It spins and stops and spins and stops, on and on for over 15 minutes. The same with the spin cycle, it spins and stops and repeats for about 10 minutes. Again, I'm told it's for energy savings, but it makes for a VERY LONG wash cycle, over 1/2 hour to do a small load.

VERY DISAPOINTED!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My washing machine was delivered on January 8, 2026. It is now June 1, 2026. The cycles do not work. It pretends like it will complete a wash cycle but will not rinse and spin then shut off. It fills with water again and spins over and over again. I had to set the control to rinse and drain and turn it off manually. The lid does not unlock easily. I have to play with the switch to get it to open.
A WASHING MACHINE SHOULD LAST LONGER THAN 5 OR 6 MONTHS.
