Takes getting used to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this machine 5 times now and have mixed feelings. Normal cycle with medium water level did a very good job. Today I used deep-fill feature for a bigger load. I got water on the floor after wash. Do not use this setting. Frigidaire website says max fill feature is not recommended for regular day to day use.

As a basic troubleshooting step, please ensure the load size does not exceed the recommended capacity, verify that the washer is level, and check that the drain hose is properly installed and not restricted. As noted in the Use & Care Guide, the Max Fill/Deep Fill option is intended for specific larger loads and is not recommended for everyday use. If water continues to leak or collect on the floor, even with recommended settings, the washer may require further inspection.
