Does not wash well

Just had this installed two days ago. When I tried it for the first time I noticed the drum was not filling up with water even though the drain hose was emptying in a pipe more than 30 inches off the ground. My clothes came out looking and smelling dirty and I had to take them to the neighborhood laundromat to finish the job.

Hi there, we’re very sorry to hear about the issue with your new Electrolux washer model ELTG7300AW, and we understand how frustrating this must be. Please make sure both water supply valves are fully open, the inlet hoses aren’t kinked or clogged, and the drain hose is positioned between 30 and 96 inches from the floor to prevent siphoning. Also, check that the door is securely latched and try running a small test load on a different cycle. If the drum still doesn’t fill properly, we recommend contacting us through live chat at Electrolux.com or calling 1-877-435-3287 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST) for further assistance. - Reed

I had a 28 inch wide space that the washer dryer needed to fit into. The Electrolux tower was 27” and just slipped right in there. No problem.

I recently purchased my Electrolux stackable when my old stackable machine broke down & could not be repaired. I only used it once so far but it worked like a charm. I am hoping this machine will last for many years.

For a stackable units seem to have huge capacity. I especially like having all controls in the center where they are easily reached. Options offered for washing and drying are more than sufficient. Easy to use.
