Great Unit!

We had enjoyed an Electrolux washer and dryer when we were renting, and we decided to get this unit when we bought our home as we knew we would enjoy this product, and we were right, so happy with our washer and dryer!

Does not wash well

Just had this installed two days ago. When I tried it for the first time I noticed the drum was not filling up with water even though the drain hose was emptying in a pipe more than 30 inches off the ground. My clothes came out looking and smelling dirty and I had to take them to the neighborhood laundromat to finish the job.

Please make sure both water supply valves are fully open, the inlet hoses aren’t kinked or clogged, and the drain hose is positioned between 30 and 96 inches from the floor to prevent siphoning. Also, check that the door is securely latched and try running a small test load on a different cycle. If the drum still doesn’t fill properly, we recommend contacting us through live chat at Electrolux.com or calling 1-877-435-3287 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST) for further assistance. - Reed

I had a 28 inch wide space that the washer dryer needed to fit into. The Electrolux tower was 27” and just slipped right in there. No problem.
