Does not wash well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had this installed two days ago. When I tried it for the first time I noticed the drum was not filling up with water even though the drain hose was emptying in a pipe more than 30 inches off the ground. My clothes came out looking and smelling dirty and I had to take them to the neighborhood laundromat to finish the job.

Please make sure both water supply valves are fully open, the inlet hoses aren’t kinked or clogged, and the drain hose is positioned between 30 and 96 inches from the floor to prevent siphoning. Also, check that the door is securely latched and try running a small test load on a different cycle. If the drum still doesn’t fill properly, we recommend contacting us through live chat at Electrolux.com or calling 1-877-435-3287 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST) for further assistance. - Reed

Laundry Tower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have not had our laundry tower for long, but it has been great so far and I love the options for different modes of washing/drying. It also holds a decent amount of items. The only con I would say is it shakes pretty hard during the spin cycle on the washer, but it’s not unbearable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it is working great. Set up was a little difficult do to it having a short drain tube. Most of the time these units are put into small areas and having a short drain tube makes it hard to put it into the drain and fit behind the unit. It got it installed.
