Will not do Duplex Copies

This model will not do Duplex Copies.
There is no where in the menu that allows 2 sided copies.
Had a previous model MFC-J6935DW that worked great

Easy to use and reliable printer with great app c

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great printer/scanner !!! The interface is super intuitive and easy to use, which makes everyday tasks like scanning and printing really smooth. Scanning is quick, and overall performance is fast and reliable. No frustrating delays or glitches.
One of the best parts is the app. It makes printing so convenient, especially when switching between devices. Connecting from phone, laptop, or tablet is seamless and hassle free.
The only downside is that it’s a little on the bigger scale for a home printer, so it does take up some space. But aside from that, it’s a really solid dependable printer that does everything you need really well.

The GOAT of Crafting Printers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a total Brother superman (I even have their sewing machine!), and this printer is the perfect successor to my ten-year-old LaserJet. I'm a heavy crafter now and use a Cricut, and the community was right: This machine is elite.
Why it's amazing:
- Pro-Level Scanning: The scanning quality is fan-freaking-tastic. It's a huge step up from my old workhorse.
- Super Simple: I can send scans to my computer directly from the printer buttons. No tech headaches!
- Reliable: If it's anything like my last brother, it'll be a beast for years.
