cannot be repaired

Unrepairable oven. Our Kitchenaid service man spent 2 days w/ them on the phone, and kithcenaid even shipped the replacement element. Only to finally realize it cannot be accessed to be replaced! We were offered a discount to buy another.. still unrepairable range. # years of use by a family of 3 and the large oven is useless. This should have been disclosed up front!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Heating element can’t be replaced!

The heating element can’t be replaced! Buying this is like buying a car that cannot have the battery or tires replaced. My local kitchenaide service rep spent 2 days before finally being told the element (which they shipped) can’t be accessed for replacement. Less then 3 years and the large oven is useless and we were only offered a discount to buy another. You’ve been warned…

HEAT ELEMENT CANNOT BE REPLACED

HEAT ELEMENT CANNOT BE REPLACED! Less than 4 years of use by a family of 3 and the large oven is out and cannot be repaired because the heat element is not accessible to be replaced. This should have been disclosed UP FRONT! BUYING THIS STOVE IS LIKE BUYING A CAR THAT YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE TIRES ON OR REPLACE A BATTERY!
