Doesn't shave as close as the original head. I do not recommend.

Defect?!?

I'm not sure if something changed with these or if I received a defect. My previous replacement heads worked seamlessly from the original, but this last one I got doesn't shave closely and pulls hair. It is gone from the best electric shaver I have ever used to the worst one. I will order another one hoping I just got a bad egg, but at the price they charge for these that probably shouldn't happen.

Far inferior to the original

The original was the best! This “official” Brain replacement is complete garbage, and out of the box noticeably worse than the 18-month-old original head it was meant to replace. Braun, please fix this—why can’t we get the original quality in these expensive replacements?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
