Tried to play some call of duty the other day and it was really laggy. I haven't tried to mess with the settings but know that if I do then the quality will probably get worse.

Dear Outlaw96729, Thank you for your comment. We do understand your disappointment with this laptop and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing system lag while playing Call of Duty. This laptop plays Call of Duty smoothly well, it exceeds hardware specification. To resolve this issue, ensure Windows, drivers, BIOS and the Armoury Crate utility software are up to date. Updates for this laptop are posted at: https://www.asus.com/us/laptops/for-gaming/tuf-gaming/asus-tuf-gaming-f16-2024/helpdesk_download?model2Name=FX607VU. Configure your system, game, video and performance mode settings inside the latest version of the Armoury Crate utility software posted at: https://www.asus.com/supportonly/armoury%20crate/helpdesk_download/. Additionally, if you are playing these games online, ensure this laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system stability and performance. If these steps were performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. If this is not pre-installed on the laptop, please download the application at the Microsoft Store. For details on how to use "My ASUS", please go to: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1041686/. I did not get what I thought I was getting. I believed I was getting a 16 inch 2025 Asus TUF Gaming Laptop and got a 14 inch 2024. Product description was misleading. copy/paste: ASUS TUF Gaming F16 Gaming Laptop, 16” FHD+ 144Hz IPS-Level 16:10 Display, Intel® Core™ 5 210H, NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4050, 16GB DDR5, 512GB PCIe Gen4 SSD, Wi-Fi 6, Win11 Home, FX607VU-SS53. What I got was NOT this. Also it is supposed to have 3 USB ports and only has 2. This is not what I purchased so buyer beware.
